SQUASH. As much as I love summer produce and am sad to see it go, fall and winter bring me squash. Which makes me happy. What made me sad, however, was that my little delicata in that bag was rotten and fermented inside. Gross.
the return of hot oatmeal! I burnt out on oats after eating them nearly every day when I lived in Sweden, and my taste for warm oatmeal on a chilly morning has finally returned.
battling the change-of-season cold. The best remedy ever – hot water with honey and lemon. (thanks mom!)
