Hello there! I’m just finishing up my packing for Healthy Living Summit – I’m catching and early train tomorrow and I am so wired and excited right now, that I really hope I can squeeze in some decent sleep before Boston!
I recorded a video blog to share some thoughts on the first four weeks of Best Body Bootcamp. I had a lot to say, so I thought it better to do a video than write it all out. Plus, it saves me time. And I like vlogging.
