Paris – Je suis Tombé Amoureuse

I’m alive and well!  I’ve been in Paris since Saturday night, and like the post title says (for those who don’t speak french) – I have fallen in love.  With the city, of course.

Needless to say, healthy living has almost gone out the window.  Remember when I said I was going to try? Yeah, about that… no workouts, sugar and bread all the time, actually going a bit overboard.  I can’t say it’s been working out fantastically, but I have thoroughly enjoyed all the food I have eaten.  Now that I’ve pretty much tried all the essential things, I’m getting a bit more into the groove – but more on that later.

I’ve seen some pretty amazing things, to say the least. And, I’ve already taken about 800something photos.  For starters, here are some highlights.

Arc de Triomphe

… and about ten thousand other things.  I have two more days here, and a few more things on my list to see.  Places to visit, food to eat, and way too much money to spend on fabulous things (not really, but window shopping will have to do).

Ever been to Paris?

What’s your favorite tourist-y site?

You are on vacation. I also eat right and exercise very regularly but it is good to let it go when on vacation. Enjoy yourself without the guilt! Plus you probably are walking a lot so that helps? Bonne journee

This is a very special time in your life… embrace it, eat healthy/workout when you can, but no stress… we are both capable of this :)
